5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.

• Refunds are issued at our discretion, based on service evaluation.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• In case of prepaid services not rendered, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

6. Liability

AutoLuxWash is not liable for any personal belongings left in the vehicle during service. Customers are encouraged to remove valuables before their appointment.
